  5. A Well it depends, settings like bass boost and j lab signature you will have to change manually, but settings like noises cancellation can be change but pressing and holding the right buds.

  18. A It’ll connect to any and all USB adapters. I use the one in my car and occasionally my iPhone wall charger
  19. A Yes. They stay in well with the foam plugs and will block loud noises

A Place them back in the charging case & tap them 5times to reset if that doesn't work place both earbuds back in the case and charge them for about 3hours, when that's done pair them up with your device if the left bud connects but the right does not then press your finger on the right bud to turn it ON manually, it may take a few seconds to power on....   21. A I don't quite follow the answer as I cannot understand what traveling would have to do with a BLUETOOTH earbud. Aside from that, these are probably the BEST earbuds I have ever used and the noise cancelling is as good as the higher end earbuds. They are easy to set up and have so many options within the set up. The battery time is so long that I have never had an issue and I simply put them back into the case which also charges them without being plugged into the wall. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AWESOME as they are nice patient guys in USA answering the phone and really know the product well. I would have no problem giving both the product and ALL the customer reps five stars as I have called them more than three times with questions since I am 69 and not the best tech savvy person.

  24. A The overall size is not bad they are a bit heavy for their size so be sure to try different tips to get the best fit if you are looking at the power or sound output of the buds I don’t know the exact answer they are really good for the price point
  25. A They have 3 different modes. I find the noise canceling helps make it a clearer sound, even when only wearing 1
  26. A They don’t turn off exactly. When both buds are in the charger. Left and right is important. Shut the case. My phone will reconnect a couple of minutes later. Open and close the case. It should be fine after that. It is a bit odd.

  29. A I flew with them yesterday and they did a fantastic job on noise canceling. The "be aware" setting amplifies the noises around you, which I haven't tried while jogging, but can say was super loud at the airport. There is so much noise at the airport, when amplified, it was too much. But, switching between that, noise canceling off, and active noise canceling, you can hear all the noise around you go away. I have had bose noise canceling in the past and these are on par. The speaker quality isn't as sharp as bose, but noise canceling is great.
  30. A That really depends which listening mode you have it on. Either the be aware or noise canceling, both of those I kinda get the same thing, this ringing in the back ground. If anything, it'd help to do a full reset. It may be the app depending when it must have been released. Or it may be from other bluetooth devices connected at the same time.

  33. A Have you checked the volume? If not it maybe the volume. This happened to me multiple times. If this doesn't help then, if you are using an android phone. The volume you are trying to turn up isn't the volume used for that app. Some bonus things that may help, power off your device fully, wait a few minutes then power it back on. If that doesn't help, maybe uninstall the app, then install it again.
  34. A From my experience, no they don't. I've used them with my phone, laptop and an IPod and as long as you stay within 30-35 feet of what they're connected to and the bluetooth on the device is on you should be good.
